Subject: | FLASH: have a="1", but need a=1 |
From: | dsg |

Hi gang.
I've been banging my head on the wall over this one for about a day now
(and am sure I'll slap my forehead when I get the answer)...
I'm loading in some variables from a remote source. Problem is they read
in as a string, but I need a numberic value. Isn't there a way to
convert this?
TIA,
DSG
