I don't see anything "wrong" with the design itself, although the spherical
buttons have been used quite a lot, and in this case it's hard to tell
which text goes with a particular button. In terms of the whole theme, I
think the voices and overall look are kind of scary. Is this a health
education site? If so, and if you're trying to encourage people to use the
vaccine, this site has the opposite feeling of something dangerous.
