Make sure you're not declaring your variable "counter" in frame 70,

rather, in frame 69.  That way when it goes back to 70, it's not

resetting itself to be 0 or 1.


also, this isn't going to work in flash (it will bounce back and forth

forever), test your movie to get the real result.
