Thanks Mike, I'm downloading it right now. So it really just comes down to
the user having the latest plug-in?! Any idea why it worked before in Mac
and not PC?

Thanks also to Robert for taking a stab at it. I'll let you know if
there's a better solution than telling the client to update their plugin.
