Yes, since it loads independently of the first level (level0) movie, it
would need some sort of preloader or loading check, unless you know it will
stream without one. See http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/if_frame for some
thoughts on how the level0 movie can know when the new movie is
sufficiently loaded.
