Well to start of, it can't be done in flash 3 so you'll have to upgrade.


In version 4 it's really easy. You go to the actions tab, select the action

"On ... Event"

and select "key press" on the right of the window, now select this field

where the code of your desired key has to be placed, press your desired key.

and your code is in there :)
