This message contains the same information as my reply to "FLASH: Open a new window and load a movie?" from last monday :)
add this to the "Get URL" action you've just attached to your button, did you, yes you did :)


javascript:window.open is the javascript that opens a new window
yourURL is what it says, the url of the file you want to open in an new window
name is the object name of your popup window
width and height speaks for itself
left and top parameters are the place where your popup window pops up on the screen, in pixels from the upper left corner of the screen
location.href is important, this makes sure the page where your flash movie resides doesn't jump to the page of yourURL

finally your action will look like this

On (Release)
Get URL ("javascript:window.open('http://www.yourdomain.com/directory/file.htm','popupname','width=500,height=250,left=75,top=100',location.href='#')")
End On
