I assumed this must be the case. thats really my dilemma. I have a
Looney Tunes theme which I cannot get an email address at Warner
Brothers to see what they think. I've been to the site and cannot
loacte and email contact so its going to come off. I have some classics
that should be ok because the artists are gone, but, someone could
really make a killing by composing current sounding midis...goofy,
somber and serious and sell a collection on CD royalty free.
Thanks for the info. I am trying to treat all materials, music art etc
as I want my work to be treated so that I am not a hypicrite (-10 points
off for spelling!). If you surf around the web you'll find thousands
upon thousands of midis playing with no credits and worst of all...no
protection for the original artist who created them.
