Hi,

The easiest way is to use the movie player which
comes with QuickTime 4.0 pack.
Just go to file >> export >> movie to AVI

You could download QT 4.0 at:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime

I know this is a little of topic, but does anyone know of a freeware or shareware program that will convert Quicktime movies to windows AVI.
