I think so, it would be close.
But, I didn't test this exactly.
Testing these things are complicated because there are so many variables
and I have continued to develop techniques to try to define the byte
costs of using Flash. That is why all my bytes costs are approximate and
do change slightly as I improve my analysis.

The reason I have "* Note, all costs are subject to change." is not
because Flash changes but my understanding and analysis changes and is
hopefully is improving.
