FLASH: Frames for newbies

    Here's another newbie question that I'm sure it has been answered

before.  How do I get Flash to control another frame? i.e. I have a left

contents frame with flash, & want it to load various html pages in the

right main frame.  I'll bet there's a tutorial somewhere..Thanks!
