You can reuse a standard button but actions can only be applied to the
button Instances.
Do not apply actions in the button edit window and do not apply frame
actions on the button timeline.
The basic button sans actions can be reused by copying or dragging a
copy of the button from the Library. Actions must be applied in each
button's Instance properties. You can get to the Button Instance
Properties box by double clicking on the button from the stage.
