Hi Samir,
I am facing the same problem as well,

The problem is also related to the place where you are located
I am in Nagpur India, People are just not tuned to paying by the hour,
also the economy is such that the charges for local work are very much
lower than those for our outsourcing overseas clients.

But I do want a kind of global pay structure ;)
