I guess I wasn't clear on what I was asking. How do I get something to loop
continuously for as long as the movie is on the screen or FOREVER?

Like, what if I have a short animation that stops, stays on the screen and
navigation buttons appear. The user has as much time as they want to hit a
button. I want sound to be present the whole time. From frame 1 scene 1 to
the point that a user commits an action by clicking somewhere on the
navigation.

The piece I am trying to loop is very loop friendly. There is no excessive
space at either end. How can I get this to loop FOREVER?
