Should work fine but you need to make sure MC (a) has been present on the
timeline the whole time -- that is, it can be stopped, but the timeline
should not go to a keyframe where MC (a) has ceased to exist, otherwise it
will be reset to frame #1 when you return to a place where MC (a) once
again exists.
TellTarget (target: /a)
Play
End TellTarget
will do it as a button action.
