Well, actually Windows can't recreate the MAC filesystem. even having a MAC
executable file on a FAT harddisk will distort the file. You'll have to use
a MAC or LINUX to create the hybride or MAC only cd.
LINUX is also capable of recreating the MAC file system.

that's all there is to know and to answer :)
