FLASH: Generator Installation Problems

I just installed Generator 2 (for the 3rd time). I am

running PWS on NT 4. 


When I try to view a SWT I get the following error. 


"Macromedia Generator has not been installed

correctly." 


Any ideas as to what went wrong? I had no errors

during install. 


I have checked the Macromedia support pages and I

cannot find the problem. 


Any help would be appreciated...Thx
