Just possible in IE using JavaScript and z-index. If you are using Dreamweaver,
you can generate all the code with it.

Netscape doesn't allowed it and if you try to put a flash movie on the top of
another one, you will get a funny interferance between the 2 movies.

I have some exemples if you need.
