This has come up quite a few times. I am a Mac user and am VERY accustomed
to doing this kind of thing manually. Usually professional CDs use some kind
of icon arranger (iconAranger) to set up the CDs window so it's pretty (mac
users like pretty) with a very obvious icon to click (custom icon that
reflects the product) with a name that is the same as the product. Any
support files can be set out of the visible window. I'm not sure how to set
this, but most commercial CDs automatically open their window upon insertion
but don't automatically run (becuase I've got autorun off, too). At the very
least, you're window should have the main program CLEARLY positioned so
there is no confusion as to what to double-click.
