I think it means either an html rendering engine w/in Flash (likely not a
good idea from a plug-in size/compatability standpoint) or a method to
create a non-rectangular, or rectangle with a 'hole' that would allow
'showing through' or mixing of the media rendered by the browser and the
Flash plug-in. While this is possible with tables or frames, both involve
limits and/or hacks that could be avoided by a Flash plug-in capable of such
a feat.
