FLASH: calling an external file

Hi everyone


here's the question, how do i call a file on my hard drive (eg:mpeg).  


at the end of a flash movie there are 2 buttons one which will replay the

piece and the other which will call a video file from the hard drive and

play that (not in the flash piece itself).  But i cannot seem to get it to

call the file on my hard drive.
