Constructive Crticism is a good ideal ... but sometimes hard to apply in a boss - employee
My general suggestion is: If you want somebody to change things give her/him the impression that
it is them who want to change things, not you. It is always easier, and less detremental for a
person's self-esteem, to accept changes which arouse within oneself as compared to changes forced
from outside. The tricky part is how to make people belief that they want to change things - this
is up to your social skills.
