You can have a Counter in Flash, but you would need to use JavaScript do
send data do the movie.
If you need some example if you think that it might a valid choice,
please ask and I will send you one, its is not exactly the same, but it
will enlight you about it is done.

I wonder if there's a way to have a status about the number of hits
inside a flash page and also what was the way that a user navigate
inside. I need all this reports but I don't know if I have to buy a
special software for my server or what.
