Subject: FLASH: Can someone help ? !

Hi

As "Can you help"s seem quite common here... :-)

I'm a refugee from FreeHand trying to construct a new front end for my
website. I've loosely based it on the Macromedia site with step-through
menus - but I can't stop the movie looping when I first load it up. I'm
hoping to have a static image with highlighted rollover buttons that put up
a button list when clicked. If anyone can spare a few minutes to point me
in the right direction I'd be very grateful.

I wouldn't be suprised if I've missed something fundamental whilst building
the file - I'm finding it very hard coping with this extra dimension called
'time' :-)

The page is at:
http://www.shef.ac.uk/~gg1jga/street/newindex.html

I know there's a few other problems with the file (for instance all the
button's "hit" areas are too small), so whilst I'm grateful for any help
and advice anyone can give please remember I'm very much at the newbie
stage.

The original Flash (2) file probably gives you a better idea of what I was
trying to create, and that's at:
ftp://ftp.shef.ac.uk//pub/uni/projects/sc/outtray/index.fsh

Thanks again for any help,

Graham
