FLASH: Will IE 5.0 include plug-in?

Does anyone have any information regarding

     --approximate IE 5.0 ship date (at least what Microsoft PR folks

are saying right now)?

     --if Flash 3 ActiveX control will be included with standard

download?


Macromedia lurkers -- have you heard anything? Has there been talk of it

between MS and MM?
