I don't think it can be done directly. Two work-arounds:

1) If you don't mind using a bitmap, take a screen shot of the table, crop
it, and use the bitmap;
2) Make a graphic symbol consisting of text. While composing the text, drag
the little white circle in the upper right corner of the text, and this
will make the block a fixed width. Draw a rectangle around it. This
becomes a cell. Copy the symbol and replace the text for each cell in the
table. Make another copy and alter the fixed width if you need some cells
of a different width.
