Hi Simon,

Your navigation bar is quite nice.  I'm on a 33.6 modem and as you

suggested it was slow going.  Sorry, but I didn't have time to wait for

most of the stuff.  Aside from trying to reduce the use of bitmaps, I'd

suggest you get this puppy to stream more effectively.  This means having

the initial content stream efficiently so visitors have something

meaningful to look at.  There should be something under 50k that you can

busy visitors with.  Then load other content in the form of movie clips, or

load additional movies at higher levels.  Have these elements start out in

empty, stopped frames ("park" frames, as they're often called) so they're

ready-to-go when called.
