Flash is very complicated, it is an animation program.

There are many ways to optimize a Flash file. Optimizing a Flash file is

a combination of science, skill and art. It is not uncommon for me to

reduce file sizes in half (or more) without changing the appearance of

an animation at all. Converting files made with bitmaps to vectors (when

appropriate) often results in files that are one tenth the size of the

original.


There is no program nor is there likely to be one that will optimize

Flash files.
