FLASH: using director, flash & frames

G'day all,

                got an interesting problem here.

I'm trying to create a small online training package using both director 6.0

& flash 3, within 2 separate frames: the flash in the top frame & the director shockwave

in the bottom 1.

What I have been doing is using the director movie to swap several different html pages

each with it's own separate embedded flash movie .

Unfortunately there is an annoying flicker/pause between movies as the new page loads & the background alters.

What I would like to do is have just one flash movie at a (level#  of 0) embedded in one html document

& use the director shockwave to load & swap the level# of each new movie.

Is there a way to do this?

Can Flash and Director can talk to each other via FSCommand?

Or am I completely confused here?
