FLASH: FSCommands and Standalone Player

Is there an FSCommand for setting the quality level inside a standalone

executable? I would like to give the option to a user when the movie

comes up to click a button for either high quality and performance. Of

course I can always build a tutorial in about deselecting High Quality

on the menu bar yadda yadda but I want a seamless user delivery.


Or is there another way?
