FLASH: Newbie question on screen formatting

Hi, I'm pretty new here and apologize if the question is terribly elementary.

 

Looking at Flash site www.macdirect.com we wondered how the author was able to resize the movie; the content is centered at whatever screen resolution you use.  Can someone explain how this is done?  Our screens are scrunched over to the left at hi res.
