That's not what I said!!!!!
It does use advanced features (transparency and DHTML layer positioning)
that have not generally been able to be incorporated into plugins yet
(including Flash).
Macromedia has included these and some other features in their ActiveX
control but there is no Flash plugin that can support these features
yet.

This means this functionality is limited to IE 4 or later only on Win
95/98/NT.
