FLASH: FPS and Streaming MP3

I'm attempting to create a moving that has approximately 12 minutes of

streaming music while displaying some images and text. The graphics should

be minimal but the music concerns me. Does the fps rate matter when

streaming longer segments of music? If so what would be the optimum frame

rate? Does anyone have experience doing this successfully? Or is this for

56k+ connections?
