FLASH: preloader - another problem

I was able to make a multi-file preloader. But it comes another problem. When a person

first visits my site, no wonder he will see a preloading scene. And after, when he browses

my site offline, he will also see a preloading scene. One second, he enters the site. So I

just wanna know how to prevent the downloaded files from showing the preloader.
