The MIME is not set correctly for this server.

Someone did change it but did it incorrectly.

It is set as 

x-shockwave-flash

instaed of

application/x-shockwave-flash

It is recommended not to use relative URLs and to place the SWF files

together in the same folders with their HTML pages. This will allow you

to go though your whole development and delivery cycles without linking

problems or changes.
