FLASH: Best movie size ?

Hello,

What is the best movie size to set for a PC in 800x600 ?

I am on a Mac developping a small presentation. 

It should be shown with a LCD projector, from a PC.

Can I put 800x600 or should I put less ? 

Any suggestions ?
