If using bitmaps, keep the bitmaps at 100% or less when authoring and then
800x600 should work fine. If not using bitmaps, anything proportional to
800x600 (640x480, 1024x768, etc) is fine. A larger stage size will allow
more levels of zooming in, if that's a consideration.

Use FullScreen fs command as others have suggested. Remember this will
eliminate the toolbar. To quit you will neet to hit ctrl-Q or esc (esc will
bring back the toolbar), or include a button or frame action with fs
command Quit (no argument).
