Subject: Re: FLASH: swf size - found the problem

Thanks to everybody who answered my question about the swf size in the
Jornaleko site ( www.jornaleko.com.br ). I generated a size report and found
the problem. The logos and buttons are too complex forms. The original
artwork was created for print by their author, and the guy who imported them
to Flash exported the files as WMF from Corel Draw. And, as you all know,
WMF is probably the worst file format to import to Flash.
I will have to think about a new layout now, and a new navigation system for
the entire site. It must have a lot of space for advertising, must be a
flexible layout so we can add and delete content easily, must use sounds and
animations (that's why we will use Flash extensively) and, most of all, must
be small and fast. I see lots of planning and hard work for me... Anyway,
sugestions are welcome :-)

Thank you very much,
