Hi Lincoln,


Flash supports no video in its SWF format. You can inport QT including

QTVR into Flash for the purpose of combining Flash with the QT and then

exporting as a QT movie.


You can also convert movies to frame by frame sequences of bitmaps

images but you lose all frame to frame compression available in QT and

AVI movies so they will generalkly become much larger.
