FLASH: .SWF to .FLA?

2 questions for fellow flashers !


1. Is there any way i could convert 

   an .SWF file into an .FLA file?

   It's easier to learn with example .FLA files


2. Besides TEXTFIELDS, what other functions does 

    Flash 3.0 not support? I cannot seem to write 

    actionscripts into my flash3.0 as well
