Using FS command allows you to call a handler with an argument. It's hardly
all around useful (as I just learned from the list :) ), as it doesn't work
with IE on the MAC (but what does) and requires a vbscript in addition to
the javascript on IE. I can certainly think of occasions where it would be
usefull however.
