FSCommand is more difficult to setup.
FSCommand is 2 way whereas the JavaScript: Protocol is one way.
Win IE3 works with FSCommand but not the JS Protocol.
Neither IE 4.0x or IE 4.5 Mac browsers support FSCommand.
Mac IE 4.0x works with the JavaScript Protocol but Mac 4.5 does not.
