FLASH: Newbie Questions

I have a couple questions that will probably seem simple to all of you:

I am putting together a Flash movie that will put on CD-Rom as an

interactive presentation.

1. I don't know if the recipients will have internet access to download

Flash 4 Player and at the MM site, they force you to install. Where can I

get just the Player that I can put on the CD?

2. 

Is there a way for the movie to automatically download this Player onto the

client computer?

My experience with Java is extremely minimal, so I need a solution that's as

basic as possible. Thanks in advance for any help or links to any tutorials!
