No crash: IE 4.5/F4.0 r12/ OS 9/G4/ 768RAM/ VM on
No Crash: IE 4.5/ F4.0 r2/ OS 8.6/G3/ 224RAM/ VM on
No crash: IE 4.1/ F3.0 r10/OS 8.1/ G3/96RAM/VM off

How many specific reports of mac IE crashes do you have? One? More than
ten?
Can you give us System specifics of the machines reporting crashes? Are
they genuine 603? 604? G3? G4? Upgraded? models?

IE4.x is unstable as California if the owners do not defrag the disk
hosting the cache.waf file, and do not occasionally delete (not just
purge) the cache.waf and history.html files.
