Hmmmm, that wasn't actually a question on what is the technical difference
between swf and fla. It was a content driven approach to the issue.
I agree with Graveshow about getting everything signed up first. The most
important aspect of contract negotiations is clarity. Without a clear
contract keep these things in mind:
Work started/completed prior to agreements becomes a licencing issue. Work
started/completed after agreement is subject to contractual considerations
and things like intellectual copyright and author-ownership no longer apply.
This may not be the "legal" defination of such issues but this is how it
works in the real world.
