As others have told you now, all you need do is create the files, one for
Mac, one for Wintel, then use a *quality* CD authoring tool to create a
hybrid CD. The Mac will automatically mount and read read the Mac side
(and the Windows side at the owner's discretion), while the Wintel will
only see the Wintel side (and the Mac side with special software).
You can even set each CD to 'auto launch' and then 'auto launch' the
movie file itself, but I caution you in this area, it can lead to
undesired frustrations on the part of the user.
Last I checked, you could author in this manner on Wintel, but with often
unpredictable results. If anything can do it properly now, it would be
Adaptec's high-end software for Wintel.
For guaranteed results, and astonishingly easy creation, best to author
on the Mac with Adaptec Toast v3.5.7 or greater.
If your CD-R is either SCSI or ATA, you can easily install/share it on
any Mac, and the basic version of Toast is free to distribute with any
CD-R (you may have actually received already it with a bundled software
CD).
