Interesting x-polination, as this ? is also being
debated on my 3d list. In that case, most contracts
give the client the completed video, while the author
retains ownership of the models and project files used
to create the video. THis is the standard contract,
clients that want the models and project files for
'further modification' must pay (often substantially)
extra. To me, the analogy of .swf=video and
.fla=project/models/textures seems apt.
