My recommendation is that you start creating Flash movies. As questions
come up, look on FlashCentral or Macromedia's site for pointers to online
tutorials. Whenever you get stuck, write to this list and ask specific
questions so others can help you (this also increases everyone's body of
knowledge). There will be some good Flash4 books out any week now.
