*Effective Web Animation* by J. Scott Hamlin, though a bit old (over a year!),
has a good section on Tell Target. Worth a look-see in your local biggest book
store. As the book is largely based on Flash 2 (with some Flash 3 thrown in),
his examples for uses of Tell Target are creative and innovative.
