1st KeyFrame
Label: Loop
Contents: Counter
Actions: Whatever actions need to get Variable from DB

2nd KeyFrame
Label: None Needed
Contents: Counter
Actions: Whatever actions need to get Variable from DB
Go To and Play ("Loop")

Place Said KeyFrames in MC.
Place MC on own Layer.
Increase num of frames on Layer till end of Movie.
Give MC instance Name.
Actions: Tell Target to MC
